Returned phone within 15 days
I bought a phone at ne2 price at the store. I returned within 15 days. When I check the computer to look for a new phone it still says I have 2 years left.
The people at the store told me it would go back to the original date. How long does it take for the computer to catch up? I returned it over a week ago. Thanks if anyone can help!!!

If you returned at the store, it should have reset right away. Either call or go back into the store where you returned and have them fix it.

From my experience it never gets reset. You'll have to go in to a store or do it over the phone to get another one. You'll have to dispute it with them and tell them you returned the original and they should be able to research it.
