want a customer?
Soon I will be extending my contract and purchasing a new phone, possibly the V710 or the "phantom" Audiovox 9900. For the V710 I am waiting to see the updates.
I have a store near me but they are so passive in aquiring knowledge and information that it is too frustrating and bothersome. I cant have an intelligfent conversation with them about products or services. Even though the store is within 1/2 mile I would be willing to go elsewhere in the Denver area for the service and purchases.
It's unfortunate that sometimes the retail reps look at this as a McJob & don't take it very seriously.
I used to deal with a rep who was very knowledgaeable but he transfered to two other stores in the years that I have been here. He may be located in the VZW store in the mall near I-25 (pretty close to where your contact is located). He always took good care of me and I was sorry to lose him.
I could call John when I am ready to sign up again and to upgrade my phones. One trip would not hurt but if you have a wonderful contact closer I will take that.
