Was once a Cingular dealer manager in Manassas, VA. Now I'm a Verizon Agent General Manager in Manassas, VA.
I control all the phone ordering and I was pretty overwhelmed with the number of phones sold by Verizon Wireless. It looks like I have to pick and choose which ones I will favor over the others. So far the Samsung rep is the only one who visited me of all the ones I contacted.
To other agents: Do you guys have a free phone for a customer who walks in and asks for a free phone? I'm thinking of using the Samsung a870 for that purpose for those who can do rebates and the Nokia 2366i for those who don't want to do a rebate. This is with 2 year contract of course. I could also go with the Motorola w315 which is $2 more than the...

We now use the W315 for our free phone. Currently we also have the 5300 free but that's with the holiday price reduction Verizon put out. I believe it's going back up next week so our price will go back up as well. Depending on the current spiffs we have a camera phone free after rebates some of the time.

i think its nice to see a stylish free phone. now you can a stylish phone without spending $200 on a KRZR. Usually free phones are butt-ugly Pantechs.
