word of mouth? Can't get it in their area? Just to name two. People go on and on about how god like they are and if you can't get them were you live then they aren't that god like to those people. Word of mouth is another strong thing. Some people have one bad experience and its like the end of the world!

agreed. i had AT&T Wireless TDMA and when Cingular took over my service went downhill.
