QUESTION FOR MARY 424

HOW DID YOU FIND OUT? HOW LONG DID IT LAST? IT IS REALLY HARD TO TALK ON THE PHONE.I HEAR MYSELF VERY LOUD AND CANT CONCENTRATE ON WHAT IM SAYING.I DONT KNOW HOW LONG I CAN LAST.

I knew right away that it wasn't a phone issue since it was happening to all 5 phones on my account, just as you said it was happening to all of your phones. I called my local store who verified that there was indeed a problem in the area due to upgrading the system. It lasted for a few days and ever since everything has been great, no problems whatsoever. If this is indeed what is happening in your area (call your local store or CS and see if there is a documented problem/upgrade or whatnot in your area) then just rest assured that it is only temporary. I know it can be extremely annoying-I wanted to throw my phone off of a bridge (the only reason I didn't was because I paid full-retail for it lol 🤣 )! Hang in there.
