ATTN: Big Poppa
Quick question: I've been a verizon customer for about 18 months, my contract expires in 06/04... my business situation is such that I'm in dire need of a blackberry type device right away. Is there anyway that I can avoid having to pay full retail for a new phone if I get it b/f my contract expires? Don't know if it matters, but my monthly bill is about $150 to $200 -- always paid on time.
Appreciate your input.

Your not suppose to be able too.,, But a store manager MIGHT do it for you if you present a good case 😁

There is an early upgrade policy that states if you have had the phone for 12 months and are on a plan of 49.99 or higher you can upgrade early. Call Customer service and they will be able to help you out.

You know what I did not know that 😳
Sh!T I need to do more research.. Will he still the $100 "New Every Two" discount??
...
No, he is being allowed to upgrade early. It reset the new every two feature. This really only applies to a two year contract.
