Ya know something there "verizonccemp" seems like you are little more invested in VZW than you let on. I think you may be more than just a tech from the west coast or where ever you said. As I had stated earlier today I made a public apology in this forum for my miss information regarding bogo promo's. But, I was not wrong about the contracts, I was not wrong about the voice mail indicator, I was not wrong about the customer service toll free #. And I'm pretty confident that I was right about 1X. Above all else my main concern as being a customer service rep is the customer. 😁 Second concern is those customers out there that may try to scam VZW out of paying overage charges or roaming charges, or what have you that people do try to scam fo...

I am somewhat loyal to the company because VZW has been an awesome company to me both as a customer and more especially as an employee; all I was trying to do as I have stated was point out corrections, not to cut you down 😉 but to provide correct info to Phonescoop's readers'. Your statements voiced the opposite.
