Interesting that the new V3c F/W GATW_01.18.02 [2006-11-15] allows OPP transfers for the first time. Really making the Lexus/ Toyota/ folks happl and the OEM manual says PIX transfers too.
VZW is aware that its unlocked and has not requested to lock it. they just arent making a big public announcement about it.

Well the news is that the MAXX also has BREW. So all the logical excuses for Verizon locking down BT for the past three years go 'poof'.
