Lost Phone Question

Say I loose my phone, pay the 50 to get a new phone and then find my old phone..Would that old phone be able to be used again?

I dont think so, lost is considered stolen. almost like an old ATM card

Have to get a police report for the insurance company too, just be aware of the thing called INSURANCE FRAUD
