GSM Unlocked Phone Setting Help
My friend got the Samsung D900 unlocked GSM phone but can't send or receive picture/multimedia messages. It keeps saying subscriber not registered? I send from my sprint phone and she receives the photo but when trys to download it subscriber not registered? She used to get them and send them from her crappy suncom phone. WHy can't she just pop her sim card in and good to go?

😁 Contact SunCom Customer Care. You'll need to see if they can wirelessly download to proper software for the phone. Also, depending on if the phone was used with a previous carrier, that company's software and settings may be still in the phone. Good Luck! 😎

if you register for account access on suncom.com they have a tool that will send the settings to the phone... and install them....

the D900 isn't in the list, but you could try another samsung model that is on there...
