Suncom should file chapter 11 first before anyone thinks of buying them... they arent worth much... they do have very good NC spectrum and other areas, but tmobile has other important things to do now before they bid on TPC (suncom).. by the way, at the auction they could have NC spectrum..

the figure is actually more then $1B but yea.. they have around 1million subscribers times the current valuation of $2300 per subscriber= $2.3B
