When will the buy out be complete??
Anybody have a good guess when the transition will be complete? I keep hearing "by the end of the year."

No body knows. All you are getting is best guesses. The merger hasn't even been approved yet. FCC is supposed give its decision Oct 31, 2004. That's the only date we have so far.

I didn't realize it hadn't gotten beyond that point yet. For some reasome, I thought it had already been approved. Thanks!

well todays aem shed light on that huh?!?! NOT same old we dont know anything, however they did mention closing may happen as early as THIS month....can we all say YAY (-sigh)

Where did you hear that? Last i heard FCC decision is still dated for Oct 31, 2004. How can they close before it's aproved?

all employee meeting last week by our call centers director, states that they have sped up processing so that they make their 180 days of deliberation deadline, apparently fcc sets a goal by which they like to have things approved by, and 180 days would be end of this month not end of october. But who knows.
