WASHINGTON, Sept 15 (Reuters) - The U.S. Federal Communications Commission will likely begin voting on whether to approve Cingular Wireless' proposed purchase of AT&T Wireless Services Inc. (AWE.N: Quote, Profile, Research) within the next two weeks, FCC Chairman Michael Powell said on Wednesday.
