First and foremost the adjustment advisor showing what to offer the customer is currently available for tdma only, gsm service does not have this function. So unless you have access to higher form of the adjustment advisor (which if you have a different adjustment advisor, which I seriously doubt!) 😎

This Statement was true 1 YEAR AGO, but hasn't been true since then.The Adjustment advisor will and does work for GSM,in fact it'll tell you how they are worth but also gives you a popup link to hit if they were a migration to check their previous tdma account.
Your either a tdma rep who don't know jack or an ex rep who knows even less

I already knew that, Im talking about the treatment part that the tdma adjustment advisor has that gsm adjustment advisor does not. Which Im looking at right now! You know, it ist worth getting into an argumnet with a pompus ass such as youself
