my 3 oddest calls today

#1 lady calls in hasnt paid her bill for 4 months. she had her service obviously turned off for non pay after 4 bills. she pays it THEN complains that her bill from 4 months was paid. I offer to give her process and research fax number to fax in proof of payment she doesnt want it. she states she will sue us for three times that amount since we made her double pay it. im like "we could have taken care of that first before you paid it again but you didnt mention it" she wants me to refund 3 times that amount by taking her word. YA RIGHT have fun going to court she bitch for like 15 minutes about how we are ripping her off and we have to prove we didnt get the payment im like no you must prove you paid it.


#2 cusotmer states she didnt pay...

Well I only had one call today (it was an escalation), but it might as well count as three. This French guy calls in complaining about his bill. He was disputing about roaming charges on his DOR plan. I reveiwed the bill and found over $4,500 in international roaming charges from across lower europe. Told him the DOR plan only covered roaming in America. He starts screaming at me in French. Told him that I understood French and to not use profanity. He then turned nice and made up a nice little story about how he was a government agent and was on an assignment in Europe. Told him he was lying...he told me he would sue.
