NEW RATE PLANS

I went through the training for the merger ad you really know something, I really dont know what y'all are seeing thats so differet about the the plans that the 2 companies are already oferring. Yea sure Cingular has rollover minutes and fastforward, thats to be expected that aws customers can take advantage of that. However the plans are not that much different. My question is whats the big deal about the so called new rate plans? Perhaps agent debit would like to elaborate since he seems to be on top of everything.

LOL....I was reading the information last week about the new stuff and really didn't see that much difference either. Granted I haven't been fully trained on the plans as they were announced after my 4 hour training, so maybe I'll see something when I read about them more in depth later this week.

I think our call center is starting the 2 week CSE training this coming week. We were told that our center has to have approximately 200 reps a month trained for CSE training. We're one of 5 call centers selected to handle AWS customer's wanting to move to Cingular plans and equipment.

It's going to be fun! Something different than what's going on now. =P

I don't know what you were told be we were told there are 19 new plans comming out but we don't know what they are or they won't tell us anyway. Sure there isn't much difference in features but they told us that big new plans were comming out.

I've a one hour 'at desk' training tomorrow where I'll find out all about the plans and phones and such.

With my luck, all of the informatin I learn tomorrow, will change. =)
