A little confused.
So I went into a Cingular store tonight to see if they had the new brochures for Day one. I wanted to see if the regional plans had changed in anyway. Well the lady didn't know where they would be. Also she told me Cingular doesn't offer local/regional plans and only offer Nation plans. I thought she was lying since on Cingulars website they have regional plans. I come home and go to,

yes. there will be regional plans. Wait until the 15th. cingular.com should be updated. Can't speak for the store rep as to why she didn't know. All reps had to be trained on this stuff before the 15th. Maybe she hadn't had hers yet???

I'll be honnest as a cc rep I have no idea what is going on for the 15th. I have some ideas of what the rate plans will be like, but i found the cingular training very subpar. It was a 4hr commercial about the power of 2
