Cancel Your AT&T service with NO early termination fee!
Did you know that in the terms & conditions of your AT&T Wireless service agreement, it states that you can cancel service with no early termination fee if there are major changes to the service? A little secretโฆโฆthe Cingular merger falls into this condition. Just call customer care and mention that your agreement legally entitles you to do this! ๐

Yup...this is true. And besides, even if it were, the date would have been when the merger actually occured, not Day One, or Nov. 15th.

Terribly sorry to burst Mr Smoke's bubble but there is no way the ETF is being waived for customers as a result of the merger.

Bottom line: The ETF is still valid.

Nope, sorry. Your service didn't change. Only the name of the provider.

Sorry but the ETF will apply if you end your service. Attws and Cingular are not making anyone change thier service.
