COFR Then Migration To A New Cingular Rate Plan

Just a question for other blue reps, I work in the only 2g cofr department attws has. We were told if a customer does a cofr they will have to wait 30 days before they can migrate to a new cingular rate plan. Is this true? We are getting more and more calls from customers that have went to a direct store and been told to do a cofr and come back the next day and they can migrate. Today we were told that we should not be informing customer of the 30 day waiting period. Some input would be on this would be great. Thanks 😁

Its true as to the 30 days policy, in case something may come up that didn't originally come through on the equifax report.

That's true... I had to call COFR about 5 times today and was told by every rep to advised the customer of that before I transferred them through.
