Veteran ATT reps
Greetings all. I left my indirect Cingular store, 3 weeks ago, and I start tommorrow at an ATT wireless corporate (which has been converted) store tomorrow (Mesquite Texas). Since I am already proficient at the Cingular side of the buisness, are there any words of wisdom that any of you would like to share?
How long so you have to be employed with ATT wireless before you can get an official use line? I still have my Cingular agent line. Your employee lines is unlimited everything, correct? Also, I have a fiancee and do family members also get the unlimited plan, too?

Well, Will, Welcome first of all. Get your boxing gloves polished bc its been really interesting this past week.
Easier question first: For your fiance, there is no add-a-line unlimited, but I think its like 1000 minutes for free. Double check on that.
Tips: Good luck with out systems, we have about 12 of them we use daily and theyre tough to learn at first, but you get the hang of it. Keeping track of all your passwords on paper is a must!
Our employee lines are Unlimited everything except for Long Distance (7 cents a min, at least from here in Florida). You should get it right away out in Sales...
