UPGRADE??? !!
First let me say I feel Cingular is a better option than Verizon
and it goes without saying Sprint service in the area of costs.
How can Cingular call a change from Blue to Orange an upgrade and keep a straight face?
I went into I guess what would be called a Kiosx(sp) and they have two different types of plans, one icludes txt messages, MMS and the other a better deal on nights and weekends, plans that are not listed on the web site.
While going to an appointment yesterday I stopped by a Best Buy store to pass time and looked at the plans there,

The plans were the same but there was no offer on the phones, not even a rebate, the sales ...

It is NOT an upgrade to go from Blue to Orange, no way.
I think it is deception to say it is when you compare the plans, as far as service it is a matter of opinion.

When you migrate from blue to orange you are migration onto a current plan- If you already had a currrent phone you would ned an uprgade as well since WE ARE A AIRTIME SERVICE PROVIDER, we also carry phones as a courtesy to a customer but does not anything off of a phone
We sat down with one of the company bean counters is cost an average of $300.00 to get a new customer signed up for service so you say "so what?" well that 300.00 is just for for advertising promotions free month promotions like 1 free month text fees, 1 free month media net, so we haven't even gotten to th...

It's not an upgrade if you have to lose your better contract to do it, upgrade means better, for most blue I dare say it would be a down grade.
At some point the customer is going to lose money on a locked phone the company won't unlock or provide service
for, they could if they wanted to by adopting the AT&T Sim
which they already own now, but they want to force customers from the better plan they are in.

And you say the Cingular does not offer anything better than what you have? Well, let's compare... We'll take ATTWS pre-merger and put it up against the new Cingular post-merger... I can go into full detail for you but I doubt it takes a breakdown for even you to understand what i mean by th...
