ATTENTION ALL STORE REPS (BLUE AND ORANGE)
Blue Warranty Exchange Department does NOT, I repeat NOT send out NEW phones. We also charge shipping and handling. This optional service is not free.
I've had 5 customers escalate today because store reps are telling customers to call warranty exchange for new phones free.
If you don't know a department's policies (or better yet, if you don't work in the department), DO NOT SET EXPECTATIONS!!!

.... you guys crack me up.. But to get back to the topic.. Not In Halifax .. Store Reps are going to tell the thing farthest from the truth because.. ***THEY ARE A RETAIL CHANNEL*** and here's the fun part ***THEY DONT HANDLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUES*** and when the customer goes BACK to the store to complain about their lies they told them, that is what their answer will be! YAY! Pretty much, get used to it. We're paid to do a job, which may or may not be cleaning up other peoples messes.. the harsh thing to say would be, "Cry me a river, then build a bridge and get over it." Tough love to the Anti-Halifax person lol
