Hello you can start new BLUE service as long as we have blue equipment to sell...Trust me I am in a BLUE Credit and Activation Center....right now 75% of my calls are from dealers activating NEW blue service. 🙂

After the 30 day buyer's remorse on the New Cingular plan, you ARE under contract and have to "worry" about the ETF. ETF is still binding and will NOT be waived under any circumstances.

Then, why address your post to Sprint, T-Mobile, Nextel and Verizon customers? They would still have to pay ETF with their own particular provider. If you're currently under contract w/ any provider, the only way you would escape etf would be to already BE an ATTWS customer.

seriously, why would they want two new phones!?!? the attws one will no longer be able to be used once they switch to cingular plan....unless they plan on selling it on ebay or something to make some extra cash?....but even that wouldn't be too smart since att phones are not as in demand now that Cingular phones are what is being pushed......really silly post!

hey some people have really good att plans and love free incoming text messages and will not migrate until they absolutely have to when blue runs out of phones the price of unlocked or att locked phones should be good for these people at least.
