Need assistance from a Tech please
Help please. I just activated ATTWS on a V551 phone. Under Network Settings, one of the options is Speed. There are 4 choices: slow, medium, fast and continuous. It has been defaulted to Medium. I live in the Central NJ area, so what is the best selection for me?
Can you please also explain what this is and the differences in the selection? I called ATTWS Customer Service but they were clueless.

You might want to look it up in your owner's manual. Your manual should clarify exactly what the setting does and recommend which setting should be best.

Also you need to realize the V551 is not an ATTWs phone, that is probably why the care rep had no idea what you are tlaking about. I wold reccomend calling Motorola themselves, number is (800) 331-6456
