ATT customers paying bills in cash?

I am at a company location for Cingular and we have had a number of ATT customers coming in and trying to pay cash on their bill. The blue stores don't take cash, and in most cases send the customer here. The issue is, they get nasty, the customers who come here and we say we cannot take your money. Get a bank account, use a debit card, write a check, why would you think you could pay cash now if you never could before???
morons.

the only thing we can do for at&t customers is migrate them or put them on the blue phone for at&t's customer service. the problem is the attitude we are given by these people.
sure i'll take your money if you don't require a receipt. see how many of these morons go along with that.
