The trainers told me Cingular wants all Blue reps to be tri skilled, as in Axys, Siebel and Advantix or whatever the Cingular system is. That is why we are moving all the SST reps on to Siebel, cingular wants SST gone, but to keep the extra reps. So they can be stupid as full service resp as they are on SST.
