I love AT&T I've been with them for over 8 years do you think cingular is going to change anything.
You gotta remember you signed with AWS and they went out of business for they their business practices, like giving you promotions whenever you wanted and always great deals on phones.You have no loyalty to Cingular, you are simply someone they have to honour what you had with ATT, but you NEVER Signed with Cignular so you got no Loyalty from Cingular,cuz you are new to them.
Your carrier went out of business and Cingular picked up the pieces.You get a deal for a phone and you don't get another until that contract ends, there is no promotions to give you anytime you ask, everything on the plans are built into them so no more add on promotions.
