I love AT&T I've been with them for over 8 years do you think cingular is going to change anything.

I am a loyal AT&T costumer I've been with them since 1996 and they have always given me the best offers ever since I've joined. They have always been happy to give me promotions when ever I asked and they always gave me great deals on phones. Also if there was any mixup on my bill I would call in and they would be happy to give me the credit. What I'm trying to say is that do you think Cingular is going to change the way At&T treated and viewed their costumers hopefully not. Whats your take on the subject.

You gotta remember you signed with AWS and they went out of business for they their business practices, like giving you promotions whenever you wanted and always great deals on phones.You have no loyalty to Cingular, you are simply someone they have to honour what you had with ATT, but you NEVER Signed with Cignular so you got no Loyalty from Cingular,cuz you are new to them.

Your carrier went out of business and Cingular picked up the pieces.You get a deal for a phone and you don't get another until that contract ends, there is no promotions to give you anytime you ask, everything on the plans are built into them so no more add on promotions.

And if you plan on staying on the "expired...

The Customer Service will continue to improve. If you ask some of the AT&T customers about their customer service experiences, you will get a mixed bag. At least going forward, you can ...

customer service should continue to improove. if you get a bad expierence its most likley because with a merger people are confused and reps have ALOT of new info and policys to learn. its all done on the job. (compared to the few hours of up training we got). as long as you ask the right questions and have a little patience you should get the right info....eventually. or you can just curse alot demand a sup then hang up. that usually solves MY issues.
