some people really get on my nerves....this lady i had today tho was just hilaroius tho. heres how it goes.
lady: i want this free phone you say i can have
me: what free phone is it
lady: the one in your flyer
me: you have a business account. thats for single customers.
lady: im not a business
me: you dont know any one who works for 'business x'?

me: well. that sounds good..so what ill do here is debit back the 50.00$$ discount youve been recieving the last 6 months... so your lookin at a 300.00 debit...then i can take you off business account status and send you your nokia 3560. ok?

This woman got a call from ATTWS and called me to see what it was about. I checked her account and let her know that she has a past due balance and her account is active in collections, so the call was probably from RM. She says "are you sure?" and I say yeah, so she says ok and hangs up.
...I left a hot note for the next rep to be ready for her to be upset about a non-pay suspension...

lol ive had a few like that.."why are you calling me?"...because your bill is 800.00 and you havent paid in 2 months. thats why. lol.....this guy i just had bought a phone off ebay...lives in CANADA and wants to know if he can activate it on at&t service....it was a vzw phone....lol had fun explaining soc locked to him, and no he can not use american aws service in canada. lmao

Thats funny, but if they are unlocked, you can use them in Canada.VZW is CDMA and the only 1 in canada that could would be Telus Mobility, same as the nextel phones work on their system too!
