A QUESTION TO OTHER REPS
don't you sometimes wish our customers (the reall dumb ones) had to take an I.Q test to be granted a wireless service? i mean how hard is it to turn on a nokia 3560?

i think they should have to pass a test simaler to a drivers license exam....and then take a 10 hour class on how to read the FULL invoice and understand it before we give them acsess to a wireless phone. this will give them a cell phone license....and just like a drivers it can be revoked if you do something stoopid with it....like...trying to get the battery off with a power drill.

whats worse is when they finally figured out how to turn the phone on an then you "try" an help them program their phone an during the process the display light goes out,, an they start freakin out that the phone went dead then push the power botton again tryin to turn it back on. 🙄 so now i have to spend another 30 mins tryin to help them program a nokia 3560........

lmao i just spent 40 minutes trying to program a ladys v60..she could not understand me at all...turns out she had her tv remote by mistake. wtf? how can you confuse a FLIP PHONE for your tv remote?????? if i didnt miss lunch by 20 minutes id be laughing about this....
