Wanna know the best part, if you have a customer that states they wanna sue ATTWS and want our lawyers contact him, take his day contact number, then forward it to client realtions via your TL and guess what?

The Legal Department calls them back, and whether they get the customer live or voice mail, they bill to the Customers account, Legal fees of $400.00 per call, and its in the ATTWS t&c, that they request the legal team, they pay, does not give of course the specific amount, but it is there, I've had escalated calls and notes are there from the reps who req. and the Legal Team as to reason and charge for it!!! 😈 😈 😈 😈

Then when they call up yelling and screaming about the fee you tell him if he gives you a daytime phone number you will have the legal department call him and explain those fees 😈

Last time I checked, you couldn't get a lawyer to tell you the time for less than $50.
