I'm talking about reps in customer care tranfering customers to the Migrations or PAC that do not need to be b/c they don't know what to do w/ the customer the minute they say migration....oops lets tranf..or ATT sending customer's here to Cingular...to track an order...when the order is sitting in the IWOF form...that Cingular reps have no access to....and those customers have been on hold for about 30-40 min to get to THE MIGRATIONS DEPT..so that they could here "let me get you over to ATT to track that order for you".......reps in customer care tranfering to Migrations b/c they do not know how to activate a reserved number????...just b/c it says ARREARS...it's okay to touch the account people

i think sst reps are the kings of misrouted calls. im always getting them when they need to be calling 3g....rm.... nas....or who knows who else. not that i mind....those kinda calls make for an easy day. i just tell em who to call and let them stumble from dept to dept untill thgey get bored and hang up or actually reach the right person. 😈
