Time for more funny stoopid customer stories....

This one call I had, customer calls in hopping mad because he is on an AWS nat pln & he has roaming. He wants credit, & he wants it now. With a quick look @ the bill you can quickly tell - it's cause he went everywhere from Toronto, Ontario to Prince George, BC. Trying very hard not to snicker, I tell him , sir the only reason that you obtained these romaing charges are due to the fact that you went out of your HCA. Customer has a fit. (of course) Advised him that he did go out of the country as he went to canada. Cust insists that Canada is a part of the states, argues this point with me for about a half an hour, at the end of the call he still does not believe me, even though ...

HA!! I think I got that guys wife/daughter/mom a few months ago becuase we had the EXACT SAME arguement.

I'm gonna hunt down & severly injure the dealers who are offering nw customers in the NC/SC market waived activation fees!!!! AAArrgh! There has not been a waived activation fee sice about april!!!!! Stop offering people things that aren't available............*smashes head into desk* 👿

Actually we did run a Holiday Special in some markets where we would waive the Migration fee... Of course these fees are only waived through Migrations if they qualify and are not directly offered to the customers...

We have some auths telling folks that act fees are waived in NYC... 😡

That's because with certain customers, it still is. I work in the NBO department and we waive ALL activation fees. But this is only for the business customers, so it may not directly apply to the specific ones you work with.

Yeah, and NBO also gives out V551's to AT&T customers for $39.99... Just working for certain companies entitles you to that too... 😳

I'm talking about people offering waived 36$ activation fees on new activations.....not migrations. Other duder was way off.....

We have the same thing happening in NYC/NJ area. Fricking agents making my job harder. Right, off to enjoy the 10+ minutes of availability between calls... 🤣
