ATTENTION ALL NEXT GENERATION CHARTER PLAN HOLERS

ANY BODY THAT HAS THE NEXT GENERATION CHARTER PLAN 99.99 WHICH IS UMLIMITED MINUTES WILL NO LONGER HAVE THOSE UNLIMITED MINUTES WHEN YOUR CONTRACT EXPIRE.ALL BECAUSE OFF THE MERGER BUT NO WORRIES, THERE IS A LOOP HOLE. WHAT YOU CAN DO IS CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXTENDED YOUR CONTRACT FOR ONE OR TWO YEARS BEFORE YOUR CONTRACT EXPIRE. THE SYSTEM WILL NOT CHANGE YOUR RATE PLAN.

Sorry that plan is covered.If you read your terms and conditions we have the right to STILL KICK you OFF THE PLAN, and to RELEASE YOU FROM YOUR CONTRACT.Also it won't stand up with ATTWS, customers were not allowed to renew the contracts on that plan when it was "RETIRED" a while back.

You see in order to sign another contract, you have some sort of a new benefit to sign a contract.See you already did a contract to get the plan in the first place, can't renew unless you are getting a new benifit, since you're not, and add any minute promotions to validate a renewal, and can't buy a discount phone from care you can't have a contract honoured.Our Legal team has already been over that with a FINE TOOTH COMB!Thats why when peoples promo came...

true that the only problem is that if you want a new phone there is no more attws phone so you forced to move over

You know i'm sorry but this staement is a real load.the fact is that you are not forced into anything at this time.if you can't get a phone and as a result if you need one you have to leave your plan, then shame on You, not the company.

the fact is that it's always been a misconception that "have" to provide phones for customers- False.The only reason they sell them is as a courtesy for them.Customers have the service whether they have a new or used phone, the company simply has that option in case the customer can't get a phone from any other method.

Debit must be a vendor rep. Change your name to Captian Misinformation. No customer is being forced off the Charter Plan UNLESS they migrate to Cingular. The Unlimited Charter Plan is not going anywhere at this time.

Good to know you have your facts straight - NOT!!!

you want to whats going on, here is the simple answers, customers will notice a difference.If you check customers on charters out of contract are having that unlimited minute pronmo taken off, if you read the original T&C, they were able to keep that for the lenngth of their contract, and if you also noticed in feb and mar,2004, thoseproos came off, and the comp. put them on without contract renewals.

That eans the compan...

omg....ad have you ever even made one post were you havent insulted someone or implied they were an idiot? your posts are nothing but insultive garbage....if your a csr...wich i think you are, i hope you treat your customers with more respect then you do to people here. if not, then i hope you have resumes printed. at my center reps who are rude to callers usually dont last very long.
