Roaming charges...

I just had a lady call in and say that she has always been on a national plan and never has roaming, i verified she started service with us in april of 2003 and has been on the same 29.99 lcl plan since then. She kept insisting that she has travelled to this area before and never had the roaming charges. I asked her when she last travelled there and she said 2000. Three years before she signed up with ATTWS, HELLO??????? Ths is why we get frustrated as customer care reps, and she wanted to escalate, there is nothing to escalate about, i told her that and i credited the roaming charges as a one time courtesy, it was like 6.00 in total, but come on, get with the program.

Thats great see, if she escalated, becuase of Trust and adjust, she would have gotten the credit, but since you gave her the credit,and out a note on the account about being educated,and misinformation, thats next time she gets a big bill for roaming - 95% of them do, TRUST ME, then she gets no credit whatsoever.

that six dollars just guarenteed, she no more credit for that issue EVER,thats the best money the company spent on her. 🤣 🤣 🤣

thats crazy you have to love that. my favorite are the customer that lie strait to you face. no I never wnt there or even on phone issues
