Has Any body had a cring customer? I just had a custoer thaty was cring over mobile to mobile. He has a local plan for 19.99 and wants mobile2mobile. I told him that he has to go to a higher rate plan. he said he wants to stay on the 19.99 plan. This personal sounded like he was in his 40s or 50s and he insisted to ger mobile 2 mobile. it got to the point that he wanted to esc to rez. I told hime that he will be advised of the same information but he insisted to esc to rez. rez was laughing about.
I just can't believe that this personal is a cry baby and a cheap!

See i would have told him you want mobile to mobile and pay 19.99, sure no problem soon as you add another line on for 39.99 to share it. 🤣 🙄

You don't have to change the plan, see thats the beauty.I've had those talks with Mo's.You can credit the customer, educate them as to their plan and local HCA,and credit the roam fees, notate the account. Then the next time they claim about the roaming fees, the customer is SOL, and you know what it only cost the company $6.00 to do it, best money the company spent, and eliminates them from any future credits, and guess what, 95% will have roam again, cuz they figure they got credit once they will again, and do a lot of roam, cept next time, cuz of your note as to rrust and educate, they get nothing.
