The Phone is built to be used on CMDA here in the States, and GSM in Europe and Asia where they use different GSM MHz...Verizon and Sprint isn't going to offer a phone that can be used here in the States by a rival companies network. The phone was invented so Verizon and Sprint can finally offer their customers a world phone.
