QUESTION
IS CINGULAR ORANGE SHORT HANDED IN STAFF EVERY TIME I CALL IT IS ALMOST A HOUR OF HOLD TIME . IT IS SO BAD THAT I CAN EAT MY LUNCH AND STILL BE ON HOLD.
Any blue reps have the same issue? what do you do when on Hold?

We are hella busy today with...266 calls holding as of right now. It's not us, just a buttload of people calling in.

If you have 266 calls in the cue why are you responding tothis message? you should be working with your customer not on phone scoop 🙂

Well, homer, I must admit that we do run into that issue a couple times when we have to make calls to orange centers. So, you're not the only one out there that's frustrated. Just keep in mind though that "due to the merger we are experiencing unusually high call volumes and a representative will be with you shortly."
hehehe
But 9 out of 10 of my calls are to the blue only centers so we really don't get to deal with that very often. Being divested does have its perks sometimes.
