Now I just want to shed some light onto something here. Now we hear nothing but I want a free phone over and over in CC. Fine great if you renew or sign up you should get a deal now what i find humourous and this is in part due to the fact that I live in Canada, but we will take a 3year yes that'sright 3 yr contract and still pay upwards of 200-500 for a fon. AS A NEW CUSTOMER!! as well as an activation fee. And to top it ALL OFF here is the real kicker when we hear customer complaining that they only get 600 mins on a 39.99 plan with LD included nw m2m vm call id for 39.99 plus taxes it blows my mind with companies in canada we get for 39.99 like maybe 150 daytime mins if we are lucky NO LD we have to pay to get taht feature and even t...

I agree with everything here, I was with an affiliate of Telus for the better part of the year, I was only averaging 85 daytime mins, and my average invoice of over $80/month. Any American plan would be an improvment over that. Its the people that get the free phones that are always complaining about their lousy reception. I have got 2 phones this year, both with 2-year agreements, and have not paid less than $140 for a phone. Yet I have never complained to anyone about it, or even called into Care.

Because we are Canadian and have better things to do with our time then be cheap. We are aware that it is luxary and take it as that.

I'm the first one to agree, American's are greedy, vain, and ignorant for the most part. They have no idea what is going on in the rest of the world. And I was born here.

I have Telus and i have a family plan for two services, we share 250 day mni, unlim n/w from 6 pm, 2500 mins between eachother, and no LD. I pay about 116.00 per month just for that. I had to sign a 3 year agreement and i only had to pay 50.00 for my two LG flip phones.HOwever, Telus does not have any equipment upgrade program, or so they say, so that phone is all i have for my three years or until i can afford to buy a brand new one. Comeon people, the US rate plans, equipment pricing, LF, no roaming all of that and they still complain and say they pay too much, try one of the canadian plans for while, they would be begging to go back to Cingular plans.
