So I currently have a customer on the line... He just Migrated, turn the phone on, it asks for the subsidy... Of course, the obvious reason being either the SIM or phone is not Cingular...
The customer swears up and down that it is... Even after we verify the IMEI is a non-cingular phone... Refuses to go into store to verify the phone...
I mean, what goes through people's minds? Do they honestly think we don't know what's possible and impossible... Anyways though... I'm bored and decided to humor him and got tech on the line... LOL...

Yea i know, i just had a call where the guy got moved from X plan with promos to DOR, and promos are not available anymore. Advised customer that when the previous rep mentioned to him that he can't go back to old plan because its not in the system (rep put it in the notes), it was actually the truth.
Cust says he works for a cable company and all the systems are the same, and since he can do it, we can do it for him.. Escalated lol.
