Any other reps doing both blue and orange calls? I work 2-11 and from 2-9pm mon-fri we will be doing cse-orange calls and from 9-11 and sat and sun we are doing blue calls.

we take orange calls mixed in with the blue calls but i have had a whole lot of orange today

I'm from an origianlly blue call center and now we take blue and orange calls the whole day although we only do upgrades and migrations for orange. I like the activation process a lot better in orange but I think it was a mistake to make the activation program(POS) web based. Always get page not found errors and have to enter all the info all over again. It also mysteriously erases the agent codes on me at times.

the bs just keeps getting thicker...
