So, yesterday, I got a call from a guy wanting to upgrade his phone because his phone broke. I told him no problem and began the upgrade process. He said he wanted the free phone (Nokia 6010), so I start the order for the phone. I get almost all the way through the order when I notice that since he's in California that there are taxes on the free phone. I inform him of that and he begins to argue with me that WE have never charged him taxes on it. I start telling him that it isn't our charge and he gets even more angry and continues to argue.
