yay, some easy calls, at least for a little while
Today I had about fifteen calls which I had to fix vm. Thanks to that new change with the alpha tags (at&t-cingular) at least I was able to take a little bit of stress off at work.

no, I called TSD yesterday and asked about this matter. They said it was because when they sent out the new alpha tags, something in the programming reset ppl's vm so that they cant get in. They have stopped sending out those programs until they can figure out what is causing this issue. So, not all alpha tags are going to say cingular now. LOL, I hink they tried changing way too fast.

Is this an issue to call tsd with or is there a quick fix we can do? Oddly enough, I don't see it in the issues log nor have we in WEX heard anything about it.

no need to call tsd, just reset the vm password and reprogram vm to the one touch dial and everything should work thereafter.
