Why do customers have to do this? Why must you spell your name out to me when I ask for it? I don't care how it's spelt, I asked you for your name, NOT it's spelling! I can see how it is spelt on your account that you are verifying. If your doing this because people mispronounce it then you pronounce it correctly for me to begin with and lets move on. RAWR!!!

😡 RAWR!!! Now I get this damn woman who wants to know her min. usage and I tell her the old "sorry, go online for that" and she states she doesn't have access to the net. We have 2 of her e-mails listed in the service.
Now the stupid part is she asks if she can cancel now or have to call back, I advice her she has to call back. i didn't care at this point because she wouldn't give me a valid reason as to why she wanted to cancel, no notes in the history. All she stated was, "I am switching carriers." Yes that answers my question as to why you want to know how to cancel.

Yeah... I hate sundays not enough customers and all the ones we do get are stupid...

Sorry to whine and complain, but if I don't do it here... then somewhere else in this city I will make others suffer. SOOOOOOOOOooooooooooo bored...
