Loophole?

Hey check this. If a blue cust in contract migrates to orange and then cancels under buyers remorse,are they not getting out of there original agreement? 😕

No, they don't the way it works is this, say you have a tdma account on blue- just an example, and they have a contract till jul,2005, now they switch over to GSM Blue with new 2 year agreement till jan,2007, now within that time frame they have 30 days to opt out of the new contract under buyers remorse, so they revert to whatever their previous contract was, and then they are reverse migrated, they bsaically are reverting what they did to get the new contract, but they get what they had before.

Now with migration to Cingular from A...
