As for Cingular, no word yet, mosre then likely not for a while not till more and more switch "legacy" plans to current cingular plans since it wouldn't be right for recent migrated customers to not get the same plan as existing cingular customers, i'd probably say they might tweak the features like text mesaging or medianet till next year when a lot will be off legacy plans, and have more incentives to launch newer plans.
