This forum is supposed to be relevant to At&T Wireless/Cingular and the surrounding wireless industry. I know not not everyone has access to the general discussions and Lounge Forum from work(I know I don't), but that doesn't mean we have to post it all here.

"You're fat."
"Well, you must be gay."
"Your mother _______."
"My employer/preferred carrier is the best and all the rest are terrible."

The above remarks are a very simplified, condensed version of the sort of drivel that doesn't need to be here. If you want to make someone else look bad or unintelligent, do it by showing some maturity, intelligence and class. Remember, never argue with an idiot- they'll only drag you down to their level, then beat you with experience.

All I ever stated was that the customer care of ATTWS is god awful while asking a serious question... then blewman got offended since he IS a ccr for ATTWS and attacked me and slabzilla.

dunno who you talked to in care doc, but if you got through to the good folks in BEUC they generally do a good job of sorting you out with a minimum of holds and transfers

Knifey..i have to agree with you on this forum. I would like to state one thing and hope and pray that it doesnt start another immature bashing. Im a care rep from ATTWS side originally. I am now learning the CWS systems. I RARELY have a complaint from any customers on how rude i am. On the contrary my supe gets a lot of "escalations" just to say how good i am. it all depends on the rep you talk to and EVERY company, whether it be wireless or otherwise has the type of reps that are being referred to. As for our call center i know one of the things you get fired for on the spot is talking down or being rude to a customer...and yes ive seen it happen. They take it seriously
