Here's my story aand I'm sticking to it.
I bought a V600 W/bluetooth headphone aand it was great.Then Istarted to get a weak bluetooth signal warning all the time.I called tech support and hashed out the problem so we thought.When it continued I went out and bought another headset thinking I just wore it out well that wasn't it. So I called again and they sent me a reefurbished phone which is ok but it still didn't work.Then I called again,same old story,we'll send another one. Cool this should fix the problem. Bam it starts again si I call agian we chat and I said I'll return the ear set and see if that had anything to do with it.Weent totally across town to a differrent place got another and the problem still exsisted.So I call again...

Wow, I've never heard of that issue with the V600, but it's understandable: the V600 wasn't actually very good of a phone. As far as the posts on the other subject, I wasn't sure if you were trying to complain or actually get an answer.

Not sure how to help with this one. only thing I could tell you is to avoid motorola phones like the plauge. I've had 3 and had problems with all of them. some are nice to look at but not if you want to have a conversation and use the features

I checked into it at work and unfortunately found no information. As of right now there are no issues with the headsets or the phones regarding what you are having problems with....hope you can get it fixed. ☹️

I heard that bluetooth sucks a lot of juice from your phone as someone in this call centre has bluetooth in their phone AND can't use it very long. I personally don't know what the low down is on your issue with the V600 as I have not heard/seen/heard of anything on this. Have you tried the forums in Phone Scoop on the phone itself?
