One of the supervisors here in my call center took down my "Failure is not a four lettered word" sign!!! I want to know how many ppl find that phrase to be offending, please reply.

I don't find that offense at all, infact I did something offense. (Please note I actually didn't do something offensive, I was just trying to be funny).

the way I see it, it is saying that failure is not a bad thing, and that if you consider failure in the right way, then you can forge ahead and deal with the consequences and either succeed, or learn from the failure.
