ANY BLUE TO ORANGE ADVICE

repCB

Jan 29, 2005, 9:57 AM
Our call center just announced that we're going into orange training, and then going immediately into queue assisting the little round fruit. Any other reps out there who have gone from blue to orange have any advice for me? Is it any much different from AWS?

I havent had cse training yet, but many of the people I work with have, and they aren't liking it too much, common complaint is how slow the systems are and HOW MANY systems there are, we though we had to log into a bunch of stuff before. Aside from that, edge points have been gone for a while now as far as Im concerned, there's really no way left to earn them unless quality team decides to be nice to you! I remember pulling in over 150,000 points the first month they were released.God i miss those days

The notation system is slower, but the main system for account maintainence is alot better than the system for GSM on ATTWS. The same system is used for TDMA/GSM.

We are in training to take all Cimgular calls, including previous customers.
