Yeah so I get this customer, slurring words and ever other being a swear. I had to repeat info to her 3 times and on 4 seperate occasions.

Was going through ordering a new phone for her as her old one was lost. The first 10 mins. of the call was her complaining about how our company is not giving her the best deal and that she would rather pay the ETF and go with someone else.

Her husband was in the backgroud advising her to at least try it and she kept telling me that she is giving our company one more chance to keep her business.

The highlight of the call was trying to verify the Credit card info as she was relaying the info her husband was reading off and she kept getting it wrong. he would read 4 #'s at a time and then she woul...

Yeah I even threw it into the notes for when she calls back to grab it. She wanted to migrate and I was doing that, her husband just ended the call a little too early.

it doesn't matter now, they were only caring about the end date if it was Blue to Blue migrations, they are giving full points to migrate them over to orange, no matter what their end date is.

The amazing thing was, she was going from a 1000 daytime min. plan for $49.99 to a Cingular $49.99 plan with 800 daytime mins.

She complained a lot in her drunkeness but then I looked at her usage for the past 6 months: 300 daytime used, 200 daytime used, 300 daytime used, 400 daytime used, and one that was 700.

I pillow talked her into it so easily.

"Ms. Customer, I can understand that you don't want to lose your 1000 daytime mins. but going over your usage for the past 6 months, you used less then 500 mins. given one month were you used less then 800."

It was easier this way for her, I adv. her the Nation plan but the Rollover was knocked aside and because of her state of mind, she was focused on daytime mins. only.

I had a lady call me once in the store. It was obvious that she was drunk as she was slurring very baddly and had sever mood swings (come to think of it my grandmother does that without drinking...) Anyway she started out by complaining about her service, how she always dropped calls, how she could never hear the people on the other end, how they never got her bill right. I listened to her complain for a few minutes, appologized to her and said I wasn't sure what the point of her call was. At this point she gets aggrovated and relays to me that we never get her bill right, thatshe doesn't get the coverage she used to, that she is always dropping calls... all the same things she had just said. So at this point I decide to try another app...
